Yes. As a consumer you have the legal right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. You pay the return shipping, and the item should come back unused, complete and in its original packaging. We refund you within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, and may wait until the item is back with us. See Shipping & Returns for the details and the model withdrawal form.

The legal guarantee only: 2 years from delivery for new items and 1 year from delivery for used items. We do not offer an extra warranty.

Every used item gets one of four grades. Like new: No visible signs of use. Works perfectly. Often complete with original box and accessories. Excellent: Very light signs of use, only visible up close. Fully working, with clean optics and screen. Good: Normal signs of use such as light scuffs or marks on the body. Fully working. Optics have no faults that affect images. Fair: Clear cosmetic wear from regular use. Fully working, priced to match. Anything worth knowing is listed and photographed.

That depends on which warehouse your order ships from and where you live. Some deliveries may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. We will confirm how this works before checkout opens.
