Who we are

What data we collect

Messages: when you use our contact form we receive your name, email address, the product you ask about and your message. We use them only to answer you and delete them after 180 days at the latest.
Orders: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number if given, the products you buy and payment status.
Messages: what you send us by email, and our replies.
Technical data: when you visit, our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver the site securely. We use your approximate country, taken from the request, only to show prices in your local currency.

Cookies and local storage

We keep this minimal. Your cart is stored in your own browser (local storage) and never sent to us until you check out. If you choose a currency, we save that choice in a small functional cookie called tcs_cur for up to one year. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Update this section if analytics are added.

Why we use your data (legal bases)

To take, deliver and support your order: performance of a contract.
To keep accounting and tax records: legal obligation.
To answer your questions and keep the site secure: our legitimate interests.
For marketing emails, only if you opt in: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the shop, under contract: hosting (Cloudflare), payments (Stripe, once online checkout opens), email and parcel carriers. List of processors to be confirmed. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Messages are kept as long as needed to deal with your question. Exact retention periods to be confirmed.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time. Contact us to use these rights. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, for example in the EU country where you live.
