Import duties and taxes
Depending on which warehouse your order ships from and where you live, your parcel may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees set by your local customs authority. How duties and taxes are handled at checkout is to be confirmed.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown in your local currency where we sell in it. The amount in your cart is exactly what you pay. You can change the currency at the bottom of every page.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you buy as a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day you, or someone you name other than the carrier, receive the item. If your order arrives in several parcels, they start when you receive the last one.
To withdraw, send us a clear statement before the 14 days are over, by post to The Camera Supply, Rue d'Arlon 25, 1050 Elsene, Belgium. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.
Returning the item
- Send the item back within 14 days after telling us you are withdrawing. Contact us first and we will tell you where to send it.
- You pay the cost of returning the item.
- Please return it unused, complete and in its original packaging. If the item has been handled more than needed to check it, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
Refund
We refund your payment, including the standard delivery cost you paid, within 14 days after you tell us you are withdrawing. We may wait with the refund until we have received the item back, or until you show proof that you sent it, whichever comes first. We refund with the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.
Legal guarantee
You have the legal guarantee of conformity: 2 years from delivery for new items, and 1 year from delivery for used items. If an item is faulty or not as described within that period, contact us with your order number. We do not offer any extra or commercial warranty.
