1. Who we are

This webshop is operated by The Camera Supply, Rue d'Arlon 25, 1050 Elsene, Belgium. Company number (KBO) 1027.555.048. VAT BE1027.555.048.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

3. Products and condition

We sell new and used goods. Used items are described with a condition grade (Like new, Excellent, Good or Fair) and photos of the actual item, including any flaws. Product illustrations are marked as such.

4. Prices and currency

Prices are shown in euros, US dollars or Australian dollars, depending on where you are and the currency you choose. The amount shown in your cart at checkout is the amount charged. Prices include VAT where applicable. VAT treatment to be confirmed, for example the special VAT scheme for second hand goods. Shipping is free.

5. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order, for example if an item has sold out or a price was clearly wrong, in which case we refund any payment in full.

6. Payment

Payment is made online at checkout through our payment provider, Stripe.

7. Delivery

Ships from our warehouses in France, Australia, America and Asia. We deliver to the EU, the United States and Australia. Free shipping. Estimated delivery: 1 to 2 weeks. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you when you, or someone you name, receive the goods.

8. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You pay the cost of returning the goods. Please return them unused, complete and in their original packaging; we may deduct any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check them. We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, and may wait until we have received the goods back or proof that you sent them. 9. Legal guarantee

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. For new goods it lasts 2 years from delivery. For used goods it lasts 1 year from delivery, as Belgian law allows for second hand goods, and this shorter period is stated on the product page of every used item. To make a claim, email us with your order number and a description of the issue. We do not offer any commercial warranty on top of the legal guarantee.

10. Liability

We are liable in accordance with the law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Complaints and disputes

Please contact us first. If we cannot solve it together, you can contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (consumentenombudsdienst.be / mediationconsommateur.be).

12. Governing law

Belgian law applies. To be confirmed. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
